Rules:

-All RV's\Campers must be presentable and in full functioning order. (No house trailers, tiny homes to big to move, or School Buses)

-All campers must be movable and be able to leave campground at anytime.

-We are not a trailer park. No permanent setups of campers.

-All RV's\Campers must be inspected by park owner before monthly Status is given. 

-All RV's\Campers must have functional, RV A/C, furnaces, RVtoilets, showers, and hookups.(No Window Units or non RV toilets. Washers must be RV washers).

-We are not responsible for any personal injury, theft, or any damage to your property.

-All Guest are responsible for there campsites, All Belongings, Themselves, Children, and Pets. 

-We are a pet friendly park with leash law applied, no exceptions. No vicious Animals. Must pick up all pet droppings.

-Due to Prior incidents NO PITBULLS!!! (No Exceptions)

-Capable adults must walk large dogs so they don't escape.

-All pets must be supervised and taken care of.  Be responsible pet owners. We are not responsible for your animal.

-Animals are not to be pinned or tied up unattended.

-All belongings abandoned will be removed from property.

-No non fitting tarps are to be used to cover camper.(No ugly tarps to cover camper for winter)

-No littering.

-No loud use of Vulgar, Violent, or Abusive language or music. (We are a Family Park)

-As we are a Family Park with lots of Children. No Sex Offenders!

-No illegal drug use.

-No swimming in Campground Pond.

-Boaters in our pond must rent our Fishing Boat.

-No soliciting other campers or disturbing the peace.
